Now theyre looking for a Finance Operations Lead to help keep the financial engine running like clockwork. Job Description:
This is your shot to own critical financial operations across a rapidly growing global business. Youll ensure seamless investor deployments timely dividends accurate reconciliations and pristine financial workflows all while helping them scale with confidence
Youll be based in our Cape Town office 3 days/week) but work with teams in London Dubai and beyond a true crosscontinental experience in one of the most exciting fintech spaces around
What youll do:
Run key fund operations: investment deployments fee disbursements liquidations and dividends
Own reconciliations and ensure accuracy across complex structures and multiple jurisdictions
Wrangle data to respond to internal queries and support decisionmaking
Be the first line of control to protect investor funds and ensure regulatory compliance
Mentor and lead a junior team member growing your leadership muscle
Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to build better systems smarter processes and scalable solutions
Skills & Experience:
3 5 years experience in a similar environment
Unmatched attention to detail you catch what others miss
Analytical thinker with a hunger for clean data and efficient systems
Ownership mindset you dont just spot problems you solve them
Calm under pressure structured in chaos
Techforward and excited to learn new tools
Experience in finance or ops is great but we value intelligence and drive over pedigree
Qualification:
Degree in Finance / Business or similar (or equivalent)
