Job Description

Senior Service Coordinator Grade 9 Beginning salary $41187 $50063 with opportunity of annual increases to $70443

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Social Services Health or a related field. Working knowledge of the Washington County Social Service network is essential. Must possess welldeveloped written and oral communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Initiates and coordinates services for elderly residents or at risk and those nonelderly with disabilities by working directly with local agencies public and private to secure services to meet the resident needs.

Paid Time Off up to 480 hours 80 hours Paid Sick Leave per year and 14 Paid Holidays. Paid medical dental vision and Life benefits. Reimbursement of Continuing Education and company matching retirement plan.
