Note:This position requires employees to be onsite five days a week at our clients offices in Fort Lauderdale Jacksonville or Tampa Florida.

Specializing in insurance defense the firm handles a variety of cases including auto negligence construction defects general liability and liquor liability. With a team of 10 partners and 13 associates and counting they are committed to providing personalized legal services and maintaining open communication with their clients.
Job Description
- Seeking experienced Insurance Defense Paralegals for onsite positions in Fort Lauderdale Jacksonville and Tampa Florida.
- Manage case files from inception to trial including drafting legal documents coordinating discovery and assisting attorneys in court proceedings.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in constructionrelated insurance defense cases.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case progression.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation.
- Experience with construction defect cases is highly preferred.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
