Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless shipment delivery from booking to arrival maintaining brand consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain activities ensuring operational excellence and data standardization
  • Support commercial pipeline and quote followups contributing to sales targets
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Lead a team by monitoring performance and driving improvements in service delivery
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate across functions to enable highquality customer experience and internal alignment

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role within a large international company.
  • Strong passion for driving closures and delivering highlevel customer service customer centricity and resultsdriven approach
  • Datadriven analytical and actionoriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of operational processes
  • Fluency in English and French is a must (written & spoken)
  • Spanish at B1/B2 level is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently coordinate with stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Wellorganized and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong team player who collaborates across the business to achieve results and foster teamwork
  • Demonstrates urgency and ownership drives issues to closure and persists despite challenges
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude
