Assume the duties and responsibilities of the Principal in her/his absence. Assist in the development and establishment of the school goals and objectives and the planning of the schools instructional with supervision and evaluation of personnel including orientation of new teachers and interns. Assist staff in implementing goals and objectives and interacts and meets with staff to assist in their in the preparation of school schedules for personnel and new students and keep attendance withdrawal and transfer curricular and extracurricular activities as assigned by the in the coordination of the inservice program on the school with the preparation and implementation of the school with the planning and implementation of the public relations maintenance of long and shortrange lesson with student supervision and recommendations to the Principal regarding curriculum on advisory committees as assigned by the the Principal in the administration of school reports and faculty meetings when requested by the and improves own professional knowledge and skills. Promote and maintain open communications positive student attitudes respects dignity worth of staff students and complies with established lines of the Principal in communicating and implementing established policies delegates and accepts responsibility for completion of tasks and communicates program goals objectives and policies to the the Principal in administration of the daily operation of the other duties as assigned by the Principal.
