Talent Acquisition Partner (Technology)

About the team

Right now were on a journey to transform our inhouse Talent Acquisition capabilities and youll be joining and contributing at a critical point in our evolution. Your role will stretch you as we advise the business and stakeholders on talent strategies to be seen as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business. The work you do will leave a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates hiring leaders and colleagues that you work with.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Technology) at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle mainly but not limiting to the Tech functions in Poland. You will be driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent advisor for hiring managers by understanding their business needs developing effective recruitment strategies and delivering top talent to the organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Tech positions including sourcing screening interviewing and offering.

  • Coordinate the offer process aligned with the company rewards policy including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.

  • Drive candidates engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders hiring managers and / or HRBPs.

  • Influence peers providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.

  • Identify and propose simple changes for local process focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Why you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min. 45 years of full cycle inhouse recruiting or a mix of an inhouse and agency background for IT roles in complex organizations.

  • Additional background in serving roles other than IT will be a plus.

  • Strong track of record in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers candidates HRBPs TA team members).

  • Throughout expertise in developing effective multichannel recruitment strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.

  • Proficiency in Polish and English both written and spoken.

  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Resultsdriven mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
