What Youll Do
- Be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Greet customers understand their vehicle service needs and offer recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide clear explanations of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure an efficient workflow.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and teamoriented mindset.
- Valid drivers license (required).
- Spanishspeaking ability is a plus.
Additional Details
- Job Type: Fulltime
- Shift: 10hour shifts including weekends (rotating schedule).
- Location: Inperson in Cumming GA (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
