Job Description
Actionline is seeking a Financial Advisor on behalf of a major client an independent domestic NonPerforming Loan (NPL) Servicer based in Marousi.
As a Financial Advisor you will be working in a fastpaced dynamic and demanding environment. The position requires courtesy strong communication skills and a clientfocused approach.
Its essential to remain calm and professional during challenging conversations with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound communication with bank debtors.
- Identification of customers needs and payment ability.
- Provide advisory support to clients on debt repayment strategies.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group AntiBribery and Policy.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in a similar role in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines.
- Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.

- Monthly gross salary: 1.300 1.600
- Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00
