Job Description:
Key responsibilities: TAM Share of wallet analysis and modeling Next best action modeling Integrates disparate datasets conducts data preparation for analyses
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Business analytics Data Science Mathematics Statistics or equivalent experience
- 34 years experience with data analysis descriptive analytics
- Experienced with the application of basic statistics and dataanalysis in a business environment(trend discovery and analysis correlation and pattern discovery text mining etc.
- Experience in data analytics advanced analytics data science or related field
- Has advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query) Vertex AI Python
- Understands retail/CPG domain with experience on product transaction and customer level data
- Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal presentation and written)
- Strong problemsolving skills analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment
- Energetic & SelfStarting
Desired skills:
- Proficient with data discovery and exploration strong use of analysis tools
- Has intermediate to advanced level Tableau experience in line with descriptive analytics
- Has strong data structuring management harmonization and analysis experience
- Builds end to end analytical solutions and business consumption oriented dashboards
- Identifies insights from analyses and proposes recommendations or next best actions
- Continues to expand and enhance his technical knowledge and skillset mentors junior team members and contributes to knowledge sharing and advancement in the org
Directly engages with clients across all project stages of discovery design delivery deployment
Manages and mentors a team of analysts contributing to their technical and career development
Applies data science methods to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Maintains knowledge of new trends in the data science industry
Independently manages data science projects and delivery to clients
Develops and manages code used for analytics purposes
Communicates findings and insights
