Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Business Development Specialist to identify develop and manage new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads building client relationships and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives for business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and key stakeholders
- Track and report on business development activities and results
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous insurance industry experience required
- Prior experience in business development sales or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
