What Youll Bring:
Sales Industry Executive Platform and Alliances
The Sales IE is primarily responsible for incremental revenue growth within TransUnions Financial Services Platforms and Alliances Business Development team while directly reporting the VP of Sales Platforms and Alliances within USM Revenue Optimization. This role is responsible for developing and maximizing new business opportunities within the Platform and Alliance channels cultivating executive level relationships driving incremental revenue growth and executing to the companys gotomarket strategy across its U.S. geographic footprint.
What You will Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of partner sales experience with specific experience in all areas of financial services including consumer lending card banking automotive and mortgage sectors.
- Experience selling complex datadriven marketing identity fraud credit collections and analytics solutions to large platform and alliance partners.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem specifically with the service providers utilized by financial services entities. Identifying mapping and utilizing the interdependencies and competitive contrast to advance sales objectives.
- Possesses a strong business development mindset offering consultative guidance to develop mutually profitable partner relationships that create greater mutual market value and fuel future growth trajectories in the Indirect sales segment.
- Demonstrated technical background of current infrastructure configuration (tech stack) communications delivery methodologies and cloud storage currently utilized in the financial services markets.
- Proven success in highend solution and consultative selling of complex B2B information solutions working directly with enterprise platform and alliance entities at Csuite level.
- Working knowledge of relevant issues and trends within the financial services landscape (Consumer Lending Card & Banking Mortgage and Automotive market segments) required along with a current and viable network of executive contacts and key relationships within the platform ecosystem in financial services and/or related industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated enterprise sales discipline through experience in setting monitoring and measuring strategic sales goals account strategies and priorities; knowledge and use of next generation sales management tools such as People AI and sales methodology like Franklin Covey.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility and trust with customers and build relationships with business partners.
- Desire to work in a fastpaced matrix and highly dynamic environment required.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA is a plus
Sales Metrics
- Drive effective customer engagements that results in deeper account penetration through indirect partners; identify opportunities for new business crosssell and upsell of existing platforms and partners.
- Utilize best practices around metricsbased sales processes (forecasting sales planning tools (CRM) and reports for use in strategic planning forecasting and pipeline management.
- Maintain an open flow of communication across the LOB Solutions Platform Alliance Team Operations and Marketing functional teams. Collaborate with functional and business units to improve our approach to better integrate the review evaluation and onboarding of platforms while ensuring we have the infrastructure to measure revenue track royalties and revenue share cost of sales Indirect sales pipeline and performance of partner accounts.
- Position Financial Services Solutions with partner platforms to be topquality highmargin sales in line with TransUnions Indirect sales objectives and LOB partner strategy.
Impact Youll Make:
- Driving sales and account team collaboration in an environment where new platform and alliance opportunities are identified in the complex ecosystem of Indirect selling offered to a sophisticated customer base in Financial Services with everincreasing complexity and decisionmaking processes.
- Develop a keen understanding of the platform ecosystem and customer needs to define the target platform base understand their business needs and strategic fit with TransUnion.
- Utilize sales strategies that expand existing and new partner exposure to our solution set.
- Ensure systematic and insightful feedback on marketplace and competitor trends as well as evolving needs of customer segments. Serve as eyes and ears for market planning and innovative solutions/product development.
- Work collaboratively with the Platform Alliance team to implement the platforms that yield the monetary goals and strategic priorities of the company.
- Foster flexibility and integration within the Financial Services Direct Sales organization and lines of business (LOBs) to collaborate and respond to ongoing marketplace changes and opportunities.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78100.00 $123000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20 50 of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience jobrelated skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Certain positions may be also eligible for longterm incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
