LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Specialist Property Management
Job Summary
The Specialist Property Management is responsible for assisting the Sr. Property Management Specialist with the overall success and quality of the BII and LSA facilities and the accountability safety and performance of all personnel.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Specialist Property Management assists the Sr. Property Management Specialist with the coordination and facilitation of control activities to ensure continual accountability of GFE/CFE property as described in PMSA Plan and prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 45.
- Provides logistical and administrative support to management and preserves all documents pertaining to each rotation.
- Identifies submits and reconciles facility maintenance work orders in all applicable facilities.
- Inputs updates and exports information in GCSS Army SharePoint or government approved LIS.
- Maintains key control and security for all applicable areas within the section in accordance with all applicable regulations processes and procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures. Complies with all safety environmental and quality standards in accordance with work instructions
- PWS and applicable ARs.
- Participates in training and crosstraining sessions as required or necessary.
- Required on an as needed basis to assist to perform function in alternate areas of the project.
- Performs other duties as assigned. In the absence of the Manager/Supervisor the Specialist Property Management will be responsible for all roll calls PERSTATs and will assume all the responsibilities of the Supervisor.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education Experience Skills and Certifications)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel Must understand and be able to read technical manuals.
- Must be proficient in computers and office machine usage.
- Must be able to speak read and write English fluently.
- Must have two 2 years verifiable total experience in supply accountability and procedures.
- Must possess a valid state drivers license.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Additional Skills or Experience Preferred
- Experience in the use of GCSSArmy preferred.
- Must be able to obtain GTrack training certificates.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a background screening for NACI
- Must be able to perform required duties and wear and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to lift/move 45 lbs. without assistance and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
- Must be physically capable of performing the work in extreme temperatures low humidity blowing sand and dust.
- Must be able to work under stressful circumstances and meet short suspense date.
Pay
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
