Job Description
Salary/Position Classification
- $15.75 hourly NonExempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 19 hours per week (May 12August 30 2025
- 100 Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
The Office of Admissions is looking for a Call Center Representative who will answer phone calls and emails in our Admissions Call Center. This position also helps greet and checkin visitors at the Admissions office front desk and fill in as a tour guide when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Respond to emails
- Greet and check in visitors
- Fill in as a tour guide when needed
Required Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to work as part of a diverse team.
- Ability to sit at a desk for 14 hours and communicate via phone and email.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass the drivers training requirement.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
