The Role:
As a Customer Service Center Representative you are responsible for providing excellent service to all our customers. You will assist customers with sales in-store pickups and returns as well as address customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions.

What you bring to the role:
- Able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Information :
The hourly wage for this role will be between $17.85 - $18.40 per hour.
