Junior IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a proactive handson Junior IT Support Specialist to provide prompt onsite technical support. You will be the goto person for enduser IT requests responsible for maintaining equipment troubleshooting issues and ensuring that our work environment is always productive.
Key Responsibilities:
OnSite EndUser Support:
Provide immediate inperson assistance to employees addressing IT requests and resolving issues efficiently.

Meeting Room & Equipment Checks:
Regularly inspect meeting rooms and critical equipmentincluding cable management replacement and testingto ensure smooth operation during highpriority events.

Laptop Hardware Repair & Warranty Handling:
Diagnose and fix common laptop hardware issues perform minor repairs and manage warranty claims to minimize downtime.

Ticket Management:
Act as the first point of contact for IT support tickets resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex problems as needed.

Additional Support Tasks:
Assist with software support for SharePoint Teams and Office 365 monitor Vodafone phone line issues track IT inventory and help set up equipment and accounts for new hires.

General Qualities:
The candidate should be very polite have sufficient English for effective conversation and be punctual.

Key requirements
23 years of experience in a technical ICT environment preferably in a Manufactory based organization
General End User technology knowledge
End User Workspace platforms (discovery asset management client management)
End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory Office SCCM)
ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred
Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to details; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility; Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills.
Excellent English and Spanish Language Written and Spoken
