Job Description
Location: Business Bay Dubai Employment: Full-time Industry: Payment/Gaming
Were looking for a practical and curious engineer to help us build automate and scale our platform infrastructure. Youll work at the intersection of DevOps backend and system design but dont worry we wont ask you to do everything at once.
What Youll Be Doing
- Design implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Use Terraform (or similar IaC tools) to automate infrastructure.
- Work closely with backend team to support CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Apply best practices in system security and observability (Prometheus Grafana Jaeger OpenTelemetry).
- Support our migration toward GitOps and modern service architecture (Kubernetes Vault).
- Help guide technical decisions and mentor junior team members where needed.
What Were Looking For
- Solid understanding of system/networking protocols (HTTP/2/3 TCP/IP DNS UDP SSH).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform Ansible etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI ArgoCD Vault).
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms and microservice architecture.
- Bonus: Experience with Rust Go or C in backend development.
