About Your Opportunity
As a Senior Property Advisor at Seqwater youll play a pivotal role in managing and advising on propertyrelated matters overseeing acquisitions disposals leases and ensuring compliance with regulations. Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders external partners and regulatory bodies to support Seqwaters vision of providing water for over three million people in South East Queensland. Embracing Seqwaters values of integrity respect care and courage youll lead propertyrelated projects negotiate transactions and provide expert advice on native title planning valuation and tenure. With a focus on delivering high standards of customer service and aligning with the Corporate Strategy youll drive new property approaches for commercial returns and ensure effective management and reporting of the property portfolio.

This position Has a salary range of $118579 $133528 dependent on experience Plus 12.75 Super and is a permanent fulltime position.
