Job Description

Instructs athletes in the fundamental skills strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize their fullest potentialHas a thorough knowledge of all the athletic policies approved by MSAD #61 and is responsible for their implementationHas knowledge of existing District state and league regulations; implements same consistently and interprets them for staffAttends an annual clinic to enhance skillsSupervises students maintains discipline and works to increase morale respect and cooperation within the school sports programDelegates specific duties supervises implementation and at seasons end analyzes staff effectiveness Is accountable for all equipment supplies and materialsCommunicates with parents coaches and players prior to and throughout the seasonPerforms all other related duties as assigned by the Athletic/Activities Director
