We are actively seeking to create a more diverse institutional culture because teams are stronger and more innovative with different perspectives and are currently seeking a full time licensed OTR/L to provide direct services to students throughout the SU individually or in small groups in compliance with IEP goals for the academic : To provide direct services to students individually or in small groups in compliance with IEP : Certified by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy testing certificates and licenses. Must be certified or certifiable. A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with school experience may also be considered based on supervisory Duties and Responsibilities:Direct therapy servicesEvaluations of students in the special education or MTSS processConsultation with educational staffWriting IEP goal objectives Medicaid logs and progress reportsInterest willingness and/or experience integrating and advancing practices of diversity equity and inclusionImplementation of student programs in accordance with special education rules and regulationsThe successful candidate will have:A strong understanding of sensory integration framework experience working in a school setting preferred.
