Job Description
Physical Therapist
Location: Facility Name Oklahoma
Department: Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Compensation: $40.00 $45.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $6000
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating planning and administering physical therapy treatment programs to patients recovering from injury illness or physical disability. This role is essential in helping patients achieve their highest level of functional independence and quality of life.
The therapist will work in close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members oversee supportive staff such as PTAs aides and students and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Administer physical therapy modalities and treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician

Help patients improve or restore functional mobility strength coordination and overall wellness

Supervise and delegate responsibilities to PTAs therapy aides and students as appropriate

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely entry of patient charges

Participate in departmental operational functions performance improvement and safety initiatives

Adhere to infection control equipment use fire safety and training protocols

Provide care across the lifespan including infants pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric populations

Must hold current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or be license-eligible with a temporary letter to practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Prior affiliation or work experience in a physical disability setting
