Job Description
Home Health Physical Therapist - Detroit MI
Make a difference in your community as a Home Health PT in Detroit MI. Help patients regain independence through personalized care plans delivered right in their homes.
Duties:
- Deliver physical therapy services per individualized care plans
- Instruct on proper use of mobility aids and therapeutic routines
- Record patient responses and progress for clinical review
- Participate in agency-wide development and communication
Work Hours:
- M-F flexible daytime hours 1 weekend/6 weeks 2 rotating holidays/year
Travel: Local residential visits throughout Williamsport and surrounding communities.
