Job Description
Were looking for adriven Project Managerto lead technology initiatives that drive global transformation across Strykers Corporate Functions includingLegal & Compliance Finance Digital Marketing and HR. This role requires leadership crossfunctional collaboration and a resultsdriven mindset.
What you will do:
Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct manage monitor and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path and major workstreams.
Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish subproject budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 12 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.
Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify analyze and understand project risks develop and monitor a risk response plan.
Contribute in the development of a Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on the selection of procurement partners
Estimate acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role responsibility and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews.
Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project based on the identification analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations.
Develop and Execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders
Additional rolespecific technical areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- PMP or CaPM preferred
- Strong financial acumen preferred
- Coordinated and scheduled recurring project meetings ensuring alignment of crossfunctional teams timely progress updates and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Managed endtoend project lifecycles including initiation planning monitoring and closure while ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
