Position: Leasing Specialist
Location: 500 & 520 Park (Luxury Property)
Starting Pay: $20/hour commission & performancebased bonuses
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM6:00 PM Saturday 10:00 AM5:00 PM
Are you a professional energetic and customerfocused individual with a background in sales or customer service WPM is looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our team at our premier property 500 & 520 Park. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about creating a welcoming home for residents.
What Youll Do:
Lease apartments to prospective residents with excellent customer service and marketing strategies
Guide prospects through the application and movein process
Maintain accurate records of traffic applications and lease agreements
Prepare units for movein including basic cleaning and inspection
Assist with resident retention efforts including planning community events
Support the property management team with administrative tasks and vendor coordination
Represent WPM with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior leasing or sales experience preferred
Entrata software experience is a plus
Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
Techsavvy with the ability to learn new systems
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Must be available for weekend and occasional evening shifts
