Job Title: Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Max Salary: $55000
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
As an Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will play a key role in supporting members and employers by delivering exceptional service related to benefits enrollment and eligibility. This role requires a detailoriented professional who is capable of interpreting complex benefit plans and providing clear compassionate support.
Initial Training: 100 onsite
Ongoing: Onsite Tuesday through Thursday
Remote: Mondays and Fridays
Home for the Holidays: Work remotely during designated holiday weeks including Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day (August 28 September 3 Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Provide timely accurate and empathetic customer service via the benefits website and other channels
Process benefits transactions with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Review and validate documentation to ensure eligibility and enrollment compliance
Maintain and update member/employer information in the benefits administration system
Conduct research and resolve data discrepancies and exception reports
Support the Plan Operations Team through collaboration feedback and adherence to compliance procedures
Experience in employee benefits administration
Strong critical thinking problemsolving and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to explain complex benefits information in a simple humancentered way
Selfmotivated adaptable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
Salary: Up to $55000 annually
Medical Coverage: 99.9 of single coverage premium paid by employer (less than $4 per pay period)
Pension Plan: 1.25 of effective salary per year; threeyear vesting
Retirement Savings: 403(b)9 plan; immediate vesting (not eligible for employer match)
