Job Description
Amazon Advertising creates impactful customerfocused advertising solutions and technologies. Our Ad Tech team builds the technology infrastructure and ad serving systems to manage billions of advertising queries every day. The result is better quality advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers. Our infrastructure supports millions of Internet users and handles billions of queries per day all delivered in milliseconds. Our data platform processes massive data sets to develop business intelligence and analytics that are critical for the efficiency and profitability of our advertising business.
Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and seasoned ads Solutions Architect who can consult with new and existing publishers to improve their monetization. In this role you will:
* Be a key technical liaison for Amazons Publisher customers
* Partner closely with Publishers monetization teams and internal product & engineering teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges for our customers
* Champion new product requirements and features for development
* Identify short and longterm product opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to customers
8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
3 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
Experience communicating across technical and nontechnical audiences and at Clevel including training workshops publications
Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server load balancing HA/DR & storage architectures
Experience communicating across technical and nontechnical audiences including executive level stakeholders or clients
5 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
