Long Term Contract
Need Overall 12Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of Proven experience in creating clear concise and comprehensive technical documentation.
- 8 years of Familiarity with documenting software issues release notes and technical guides
- 8 years of Experience with Jira or similar application lifecycle management tools
- 8 years of experience providing customer service and training.
- 8 years of Strong ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams
- 8 years of Experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
- 8 years of High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
- 8 years of Experience in training other team members.
Preferred:
- 8 years of Experience working with the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) and its data collections.
Specific Skills:
- Technical writing for software/app documentation
- Jira or similar ALM tools
- Team collaboration skills
- Customer service & training experience
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Attention to detail & multitasking
- Knowledge of Texas Student Data System (TSDS) data collections
