The Planning Design and Construction department is a shared service delivering projects for both Stanford Health Care and Stanford Medicine Childrens Health. This position is for work on projects at Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital (Palo Alto CA) Stanford Medicine Childrens Health.
Lucile Packard Childrens hospital is the heart and soul of Stanford Childrens Health. Nationally ranked and internationally recognized for providing stateoftheart care our 311 bed hospital is devoted entirely to pediatrics and obstetrics.
The vision is To heal humanity through science and compassion one child and family at a time. The Planning Design and Construction (PDC) Department plays a key role in helping Stanford Medicine Childrens Health accomplish this vision through facilities renovation and expansion projects. We deliver turnkey capital improvement projects from real estate acquisition medical planning design permitting and construction complete with coordinated technology medical equipment furniture and artwork.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to expand our team and to lead in the planning and successful completion of projects consider deleting the highlighted text as this is described in the paragraph valuesalign people and resources to provide extraordinary patient and familycentered care.
A Brief Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the programming planning design construction and activation of complex projects under the general supervision of the Director. Ensures the completion of projects within budget on schedule and meets all program objectives and appropriate government regulations. Acts as a liaison between the client/users and all other project participants including consultants contractors vendors and outside jurisdictional agencies. Responsible for planning scheduling assigning and overseeing the work of project participants and assigned project managers.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $76.90 $101.91 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
