We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book check on & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers 3PLs freight forwarders shippers warehouses & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and were growing very fast on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

Role Overview
We are looking for an an experienced Legal Counsel to own and manage our commercial legal work focusing primarily on SaaS contracts and strategic partnerships.
What Youll Do
Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS licensing reseller NDAs and vendor contracts.
Partner closely with sales customer success and leadership to streamline deal .
Help build scalable legal processes playbooks and templates for our GTM and partnerships teams.
Provide legal advice on contractual risk data privacy IP and regulatory issues relevant to enterprise software.
Serve as a trusted partner to the founders and leadership team on strategic legal matters.
Must have
57 years of legal experience with a mix of training at a leading law firm and inhouse legal team (ideally in a fastgrowing tech company).
Strong experience with B2B SaaS contracts and complex commercial negotiations.
Comfortable working crossfunctionally in a fastpaced ambiguous startup environment.
Excellent communication judgment and commercial instinct.
