How You Can Make a Difference:
As a Server you will create welcoming and memorable guest experiences by providing friendly attentive and efficient service. Youll be an expert on our menu offerings anticipate guest needs and ensure every order is accurate and delivered with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide First Class Service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus answer questions and make knowledgeable suggestions on food and beverages.
Accurately take orders and ensure all items are served promptly and correctly.
Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu daily specials beverages and desserts.
Process payments quickly and accurately following company cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Support the overall restaurant operation including assisting with seating guests answering phones restocking and general cleanup.
Complete all assigned side work and closing duties as required.
Maintain current adult beverage certification and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Follow all local state and federal food safety and service regulations.
Other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
What Were Looking For:
Passion for providing outstanding service and creating a positive guest experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Reliable and punctual with a teamfirst mindset.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
Ability to prioritize multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in basic reading writing and mathematics.
Ability to pass a Federal Criminal History Records check Paradies Background Check and any applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
ServSafe Certification may be required based on location.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform essential functions such as standing for long periods bending reaching and walking long distances.
Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures.
