What Youll Do on a Typical Day
- Responsible for forwardlooking trends including quarterly forecasting and annual planning
- Preparing monthly management reports variance and trend analysis that provide meaningful insight for the business leaders
- Coordinating with business and Commercial finance team for end to end Volume analytics
- Develop competitive insights to validate business drivers and assumptions with underlying company performance
- Management of data accuracy data governance and SOX processes to ensure integrity of our data
- Manage to function in a matrix organization building strong relationships across Global FP&A team
What Were looking for
- You have a deep understanding of advanced financial analysis techniques using spreadsheet software (MS Excel) as well as BPA tools
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as ability to design reports and presents analysis in a concise manner for use by top management for decision making. Your PowerPoint skills are also key.
- You can prioritize meet deliverables in a timely manner and manage last minute constraints. Thrives on working in a dynamic multinational organization and can share this enthusiasm with your team!
- You are a selfstarter with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of the wider finance team
- You innovate to improve current working practices to provide business opportunities and results
- You take initiative to identify current and potential problems and determine the best solution
- You know how to work effectively in a highly complex diverse changing environment
- Good stakeholder management with the ability to work across finance and nonfinance colleagues
- You have 5 years in FP&A specifically revenues & volume forecasting/analytics using complex data
- You graduated from a Masters degree in finance or equivalent
