Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite with Remote Option PostTraining)
Position: Advertisers Support
Employment Type: Fulltime

Relocation Support Provided
Your Role:
Provide toptier support to SMB clients via chat email and phone
Assist users with selfservice advertising tools before and after the sale
Troubleshoot platform issues report bugs and help users optimize their experience
Track trends and proactively solve recurring problems
Maintain a positive brand tone in all client interactions
Keep jobrelated documentation organized and up to date
What Were Looking For:
Turkish Native/fluent (C2 with English proficiency (minimum B2
At least 6 months experience in customer service
Familiarity with digital advertising is a plus
Computer literacy and comfort using Microsoft Office
Calm resourceful adaptable and solutionoriented
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work rotating shifts covering a 24/7 operation
Must be eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency
