Description:Job Summary:
The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning and completion of real estate construction projects specifically highrise and civil construction projects. The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards. The Project Head will lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with various stakeholders including clients contractors vendors and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and amp; Management:
Lead the development of detailed project plans schedules and budgets using MS Project.
Oversee the of projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Design and amp; Engineering Coordination:
Work closely with the design team to review architectural and structural designs using AutoCAD.
Ensure that design specifications meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Vendor and amp; Contractor Management:
Develop and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Oversee the procurement of materials ensuring costeffectiveness and timely delivery.
Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and contractors to ensure favorable outcomes.
Costing and amp; Budget Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources.
Oversee cost estimation budgeting and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project expenditures are within approved budgets and identify areas for cost savings.
Site and amp; Construction Management:
Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
Manage site planning and coordination to ensure smooth of construction activities.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any onsite issues.
Billing and amp; Documentation:
Supervise the preparation and submission of subcontractor bills and client invoices.
Ensure timely and accurate billing including verification and certification of work completed.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts change orders and progress reports.
Team Leadership and amp; Development:
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming project team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications and amp; Experience:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
Experience in construction project management with a focus on highrise buildings and civil construction.
Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD and other project management software.
Strong knowledge of project planning billing vendor development material management costing and contract management.
Proven experience in managing largescale construction projects from start to finish.
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
