Job Title: Manager – Accounts & Finance
Location: Noida
Industry: Fintech NBFC
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Cleared
CTC: Upto 25 LPA
About the Role:
We are hiring a Manager – Accounts & Finance for a leading and fastgrowing NBFC. This strategic role will directly support the financial leadership of the organization and is intended to evolve into a CFOlevel role.
The ideal candidate must have endtoend experience managing Banking Accounting Financial Compliance and working closely with Founders/Leadership Teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Full Ownership of Finance & Banking:
Handle daytoday and strategic banking operations treasury management cash flows and financial planning. -
EndtoEnd Accounts Management:
Maintain books of accounts general ledgers and oversee all accounting processes in line with company policies and financial best practices. -
External Compliance:
Ensure compliance with RBI NBFC regulations Taxation Laws and other statutory bodies applicable to financial services organizations. -
Leadership & Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams external auditors regulatory bodies and investors for all financerelated requirements. -
Founder's Office Collaboration:
Work closely with the Founder's Office on strategic initiatives fundraising activities financial reporting and audits. -
Financial Strategy:
Contribute to developing and implementing financial strategies forecasting models and operational improvements. -
MIS Reporting:
Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management decisionmaking.
Candidate Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) cleared.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing fullspectrum Finance Accounts and Compliance for a company (preferably NBFC Fintech or BFSI industry).

Prior experience working directly with Founders/Senior Management is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of Banking Operations NBFC Compliances and Financial Regulations.

Excellent leadership communication and management skills.

Should have the ability to independently manage and scale finance operations.
