Votre rle :

Sous la responsabilit du Directeur Service le superviseur organise contrle et value les activits oprationnelles les procdures et les ressources humaines et matrielles de lquipe de service de TOMRA Canada. Le titulaire gre linventaire des pices et des fournitures dans les vhicules de service ainsi que lapplication des contrats de service pour les quipements en respectant la politique et les normes de qualit de service de TOMRA. Il veille former les nouveaux techniciens dinstallation et de service. Il est responsable de tenir la force de vente et les quipes de fabrication et technique informes des problmes et des plaintes des clients.

Vos dfis :

  • Organiser les activits de service (prventive et corrective) des quipements.
  • Construire une quipe performante et capable de rpondre aux exigences attendues de performance.
  • Planifier et rpartir les tches de travail des techniciens du service en organisant les horaires en fonction des attentes et demandes des clients et cela en collaboration des chefs dquipe et des rpartiteurs.
  • Grer les fournisseurs et les soustraitants pour le service.
  • Amliorer lefficacit du service en assurant que son quipe ait toutes les ressources ncessaires excuter leurs tches quotidiennes.
  • Matriser les technologies du portefeuille canadien et des processus dinstallation avec une comprhension des ralits industrielles et des besoins spcifiques des marchs et de la clientle.

 

Your role :

Reporting to the Service Manager the Supervisor organizes controls and evaluates the operational activities procedures and human and material resources of TOMRA Canadas service team. The incumbent manages the inventory of parts and supplies in service vehicles as well as the application of service contracts for equipment in compliance with TOMRAs policy and service quality standards. He trains new installation and service technicians. He/she is responsible for keeping the sales force and the manufacturing and technical teams informed of customer problems and complaints.

Your challenges :

  • Organize equipment service activities (preventive and corrective).
  • Build a highperformance team capable of meeting expected performance requirements.
  • Plan and assign work tasks to service technicians organizing schedules in line with customer expectations and requests in collaboration with team leaders and dispatchers.
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors for the department.
  • Improve service efficiency by ensuring that his team has all the resources needed to carry out their daily tasks.
  • Master Canadian portfolio technologies and installation processes with an understanding of industrial realities and specific market and customer needs.

Qualifications :

Qualifications :

  • Diplme dtudes collgiales (DEC) en lectromcanique en instrumentation et contrle ou lquivalent.
  • Un minimum de 5 ans dexprience comme superviseur de techniciens de service.
  • Connaissance du commerce de dtail (un atout).
  • Expertise technique en mcanique lectricit et PLC.
  • Connaissance de MS office.
  • Sens du service la clientle et aptitude entretenir de bonnes relations professionnelles.
  • Aptitudes pour la gestion et lencadrement dun service sur la route.
  • Connaissance de langlais (parl et crit)

 

Qualifications : 

  • College diploma (DEC) in electromechanics instrumentation and control or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a service technician supervisor;
  • Knowledge of retail (an asset);
  • Technical expertise in mechanics electricity and PLC;
  • Knowledge of MS office;
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage and supervise a field service;
  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written).
