Job Description
- Support Sales Team in responding to RFPs specifically for functional requirements or questions.
- Work with Sales Team and lead Sales Discovery sessions to determine possible solutions to customers requirements and challenges.
- Write business scenarios relevant to the customer based on information gathered during Discovery sessions.
- Configure D365 for Order Management Item Management Inventory Master Planning Warehousing Procurement Vendor Management Vendor Portal and Manufacturing to support business scenarios and test the configured processes.
- Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
- Document proposed Solution Overview including possible integrations based on RFP and information gathered during Discovery sessions.
- Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
- Review design documents data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members.
- Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients as well as to other Unify Dots team members
- Conduct 1 training session at Unify University once a year
- Write 23 D365 SCM functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Inventory and Master Planning is required.
- Bachelors degree
- Conversational skills in English language
