Job Description
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Hindi language and literature lessons for secondary school students.
- Create lesson plans that engage and inspire students catering to their diverse learning needs.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments tests and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement and growth.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the curriculum.
- Participate in parentteacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.
- Continually update subject knowledge and teaching strategies through professional development.
- Bachelors degree in Hindi or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience in teaching Hindi at the secondary school level.
- Strong command of the Hindi language both written and spoken.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
