Annual Wage Range: $34570 $64480
Steele Auto Group is dedicated to helping our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship! With our Road to Red Seal program youll receive Level Bonuses and a Salary TopUp Plan to support you as you progress through each apprenticeship block.
Level Bonuses:
- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus
Salary TopUp Plan:
- Steele Auto Groups Salary TopUp Plan helps ease your financial burden during apprenticeship blocks by providing a percentage of your previous hourly rate while youre off work attending your training.
