Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Architecture Designer to join our clients dynamic team in Florida. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative architectural design and possess strong technical skills. You will be responsible for developing and translating design concepts into detailed construction documents collaborating with crossfunctional teams and contributing to a wide range of projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and drawings using software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
Work closely with senior architects and project managers to deliver creative and functional design solutions.
Assist in preparing presentation materials 3D renderings and project documentation.
Conduct site analysis and research zoning building codes and regulatory compliance.
Participate in design reviews and client meetings to communicate ideas effectively.
Coordinate with consultants engineers and contractors during project development.
Support construction administration by responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
25 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling/rendering software.
Strong understanding of building systems construction methods and materials.
Excellent design sense with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Florida Building Codes and local permitting processes is a plus.
Progress toward architectural licensure (ARE/NCARB) is preferred but not required.
