HubSpot Web Developer / CRM Automation Manager
Location: Remote LATAM (pref d)
Compensation: $1700 $2700 USD/month (based on experience)
Industry: Service industry / Digital Retail
Schedule: Fulltime 40hrs/week flexibility TBD with some overlap
Role Overview:
We re looking for a sharp handson HubSpot Web Developer / CRM Automation Manager to help architect and build customized HubSpot instances and clientfacing websites. This role is at the heart of delivering tailored digital experiences combining frontend web development with CRM setup and automation to support our clients growth.
You ll take the lead in creating sleek highperforming websites on the HubSpot CMS while configuring and optimizing CRM systems to streamline sales marketing and operational workflows. If youre equal parts creative coder and CRM architect and you thrive in a clientfocused fastpaced environment this is your moment to make a big impact.
What You ll Do:
- Develop responsive onbrand CMS pages and landing pages using HubL HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Build custom modules templates and themes that reflect our clients needs and a highend digital aesthetic
- Create engaging user experiences that drive conversions across desktop and mobile
- Design and maintain CRM workflows lead routing systems and custom properties
- Set up and maintain seamless integrations between HubSpot and thirdparty tools via API
- Troubleshoot site performance and CRMrelated bugs across browsers and platforms
- Collaborate with design marketing and sales teams to bring technical ideas to life
MustHave Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CMS development (HubL HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Experience customizing HubSpot CRM pipelines workflows properties and automation
- Solid understanding of HubSpot API integrations and data sync best practices
- Highly organized autonomous and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Strong communicator with a solutionoriented mindset
