The New York Hilton Midtownis looking for a temporary Barback to join our team.
Its all about location in NYC and New York Hilton Midtown places you right in the heart of the action. With over 1900 rooms and 150000 square feet of banquet space this property offers advancement opportunities terrific benefits and a space for you in the city that never sleeps!
The ideal candidate for this role will experience as a barback and/or bartender and full availability including nights weekends and holidays.
Shift Pattern: Full availability needed including nights weekends and holidays
Pay Range: $27.71 $36.95 / hour

What will I be doing
As a Barback you would be responsible for preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars.
Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Retrieve orders from storeroom visually check stock and reconcile with written requisitions to ensure order accuracy and recheck stock upon delivery.
- Prepare the bar by cutting slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits mixing and pouring juices and storing backup supplies in prescribed containers.
- Check with and assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar to include but not limited to paper products straws and stirrers condiments glassware ice and produce.
- Transport taps and replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area beer lockers refrigerators and storage areas in accordance with federal state local and company codes.
