Are youready to lead the launch of North Londons most exciting new leisuredestination
Anincredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven General Managerto take the reins of a brand-new state-of-the-art leisure hospitality venueopening soon in Brent Cross. This high-profile launch will be the flagshiplocation for a rapidly growing brand in the leisure and entertainment sector.
Werelooking for an energetic leader with a passion for delivering unforgettableguest experiences and the operational expertise to manage a high-volume venueand a large dynamic team.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading a successful launch and establishing the venue as the go-to leisure destination in the area
- Recruiting training and developing a high-performing team across all departments
- Driving commercial success through exceptional guest service strong operational standards and sharp financial management
- Owning the full guest journey ensuring a premium and memorable experience for all
- Building strong local partnerships and community engagement to raise the venues profile
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within leisure hospitality or visitor attractions
- Track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Ideally youve opened a new venue before and know what it takes to launch with impact
- Passionate hands-on and commercially savvy
- Motivated by performance and ready to take ownership of a flagship site
