Support the InvestmentDivisions emerging manager program.
Assist in developingand implementing effective tools and systems to efficiently receiveevaluate and monitor inquiries from emerging managers and correspondingcommunication practices.
Assist in developingand maintaining sourcing methodologies and a database of emerging managersacross all asset classes.
Analyze performance andportfolio characteristics through various research and data platforms.
Assist in developing anevaluation framework for emerging managers across all asset classes.
Provide analyticalsupport to the asset class teams to assist with the due diligence process forinvesting with new managers and products.
Assist in conductingreviews of the manager structure within each asset class and makerecommendations to asset class teams regarding the addition of potentialemerging managers.
Assist in developing agraduation framework across asset classes to transition emerging managers tolarger mandates.
Provide analyticalsupport to the asset class teams to assist in the monitoring and evaluation ofexisting investments.
Attend manager meetingsand take appropriate notes.
Track the Systemsexposure to Terra Maria managers and provide regular reporting on the programin percentage and dollar terms to the Investment Committee Board and GeneralAssembly.
Prepare presentationmaterials for Investment Committee meetings.
Assist in the newmanager onboarding process
Assist in ensuring dataintegrity and quality control for risk modeling performance attribution andperformance reconciliation
Assist with theworkflow around monthly and quarterly performance reporting from externalmanagers.
Effectively utilizeexisting systems to monitor and report on investments and to track workflows.
Analyze existingsystems and identify opportunities to improve utilization and to furtherautomate reporting and monitoring of investments.
This position is eligible for telework two daysper week.
Education: Graduated from an accredited fouryear collegeor university with a bachelors degree before starting the position. Applicantscan substitute a minimum of three years of relevant experience at an assetmanager or asset owner for the required education qualification.
Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and background:
Strong math skills and experience with Python Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel plus VBA
Strong financial modeling skills with a focus on modeling investments
Bachelors or advanced degree in Math Science Economics Finance Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science/Programming or similar field of study
