As a Cybersecurity & Global Security Attorney you will draft and negotiate cybersecurity terms analyze laws and regulations advise on implementation and compliance incident response and crisis management and insider risk physical security and strategic threats. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively providing practical solutions to complex security challenges. You will be a key player in protecting our firm and its clients acting as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory issues related to cybersecurity and physical security.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate cybersecurity and information security terms in supplier and client contracts.
  • Analyze and advise on cybersecurity and physical security regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Participate in advocacy and policy efforts.
  • Advise on cybersecurity incident response crisis management and regulatory engagement.
  • Provide daytoday advice to the cybersecurity and technology controls organization and global security teams..
  • Identify issues analyze problems and provide practical solutions within risk tolerances.
  • Advise on global security issues including physical and technical security insider risk global intelligence and strategic threats. .
  • Exhibit excellent verbal written interpersonal organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Work independently and collaboratively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • JD from accredited law school; active bar admission and in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a law firm or inhouse environment.
  • Experience in regulatory change management and implementation.
  • Global mindset with crossborder experience..
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity incident response processes rules and regulations.
  • Understanding of insider risk and strategic threat programs.
  • Awareness of privacy laws and obligations.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Cybersecurity certifications or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Experience with international cybersecurity regulations.
  • Familiarity with technical and physical security measures.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
  • Experience in crisis management and law enforcement engagement.
  • Knowledge of strategic threat assessment and counterintelligence.

All candidates for roles in the Legal department must be licensed to practice law in the country of employment and successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to commencement of employment.
