What youll do:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for analyses develop and manage project plans to conduct these analyses and communicate progress and findings
- Gather and analyze data from various sources (internal systems external data market research) and conduct statistical analyses to identify trends patterns and insights leading to business opportunities and strategic recommendations
- Create reports and visualizations that convey clear messages to a diverse audience
- Distill complex analyses to clear and impactful audiencetargeted presentations with key findings and recommendations.
- Share knowledge throughout the organization through technical and nontechnical reports and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with standard reports and collaborate closely with stakeholders on reporting difficulties partnering with IT on rules for data preparation cleansing and reporting tools to meet business needs and encourage best practices
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Measure and track the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- BA/BS degree and 4 years of experience in business analytics management consulting or corporate strategy roles preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
- Deep proficiency in using SQL for querying databases and R for statistics and data analysis
- Welldeveloped proficiency with data visualization to tell compelling stories that clearly and persuasively communicate strategic insights
- Excellent crossfunctional project management organizational communication and interpersonal skills to create strategic project plans track progress and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed remote work organization
- Strategic mindset and the ability to derive meaningful datadriven insights that lead to business success
- Ability to translate data into effective stories for both executives or technical stakeholders
- Expertise in approaching complex problems in a structured logical manner
- Experience working crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders
- Welldeveloped technical skills (SQL R statistical methods)
- Experience with highgrowth companies in the B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) industries and their business metrics
- Experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce and CPQ
- Experience building and managing Power BI dashboards

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver B.C. ranges between 00 CAD annually applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills and experience.
