Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive health services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
We are currently seeking aPsychiatric Nurse Practitionerto join our team at Maryland Reception Diagnostic and Classification Note: this position requires a minimum of 18 months prior experience working in a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner capacity.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment diagnosis and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland
- Must have and maintain an active nonrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certificate
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
- Minimum of eighteen 18 months experience as a PMHNP in a clinical setting
