Job Description

- Lead coach and work collaboratively to deliver individualized instruction
- Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents
- Teach using the Mathnasium Method terminology and teaching practices
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative and community outreach tasks as needed

- strong math competency through at least Algebra I
- the ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
Lead Tutor compensation ranges from $15 to $17 hourly and Tutors range from $13 to $15.

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium.
