Job Description
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Computer Systems Analyst I to join our team in Norfolk VA.
Founded in 1992 Predicate Logic is a womanowned employeeowned high technology engineering service company. Predicate Logics employees routinely receive many accolades and awards from its customers. The corporate headquarters is in San Diego California. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake Virginia specializing in communications engineering training and Cybersecurity and in Charleston South Carolina supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze test maintain and monitor computer programs and systems including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Assess the usefulness of predeveloped application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.
- Develop document and revise system design procedures test procedures and quality standards.
EXPERIENCE:
- One 1 year of Computerized System experience to include: network protocols and UNIX and Windows based operating systems.
EDUCATION:
- High school Diploma / GED or related military experience or trade/industrial school graduate preferred.
- Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IATII). This requires one of the following certifications: Security CE CySA CE CCNA Security GICSP GSEC CND or SSCP.
- Working towards completing applicable vendor/platform certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) Sun Certified Professional (SCP) Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP) CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) other).
