About your new employer:

About the role:
- Handling linked bilateral club and syndicated financings.
- Managing senior/mezzanine finance and related intercreditor arrangements.
- Advising on debt tenders premandate documentation term sheets and commitment letters.
- Overseeing IPO financings construction and development finance.
- Leading acquisition finance strategic debt investments restructurings and recapitalisations.
- As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel you will run deals independently mentor junior staff and collaborate with senior team members to drive team progress and client matters.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Associate or Special Counsel 6 PQE).
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Experience in Banking & Finance coming from a recognized B&F team/firm.
- Strong document drafting technical and transactional management skills with strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
- Clientfocused mindset with strong leadership and mentoring abilities fostering enduring relationships.
