Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven individual to provide a sales relationship with our field agents aimed at increasing the sale of leads and standing lead orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing lead sales distribution and the number of agents on standing lead orders by 15 yearoveryear.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor lead sales distribution trends set goals and grow lead distribution.
Manage lead distribution to ensure desired inventory.
Refine existing programs and develop new lead programs to better meet the market demands.
Develop members of the LPT and focus on consistent growth.
Position requires extensive telephone work.
Represent the company at various marketing functions and conference calls.
Data analysis to understand sales and generation trends.
Primary Skills & Requirements
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external personnel both verbally and in writing.
Ability to advise and consult with agents during the purchase process of leads
Ability to analyze and interpret data in regard to lead sales
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
High School education
College education is preferred.
Leadership experience
Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent
Knowledge of leadership and motivation techniques
