Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparation of foods including washing peeling and slicing.
- Cleans work areas and stores deliveries in their proper location.
- Maintain solid knowledge of all food products sanitation standards and all policies/ procedures and is able to skillfully apply culinary techniques.
- Operates maintains and cleans deep fryer broiler stove steamer food processor mixer slicer oven steam table flat top grill and other equipment according to instructions.
- Assists in lowering food cost and waste properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
- Work as a team helping all team members to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
- Perform duties in accordance with company standards policies and guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one 1 year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a casino highvolume nightclub or highvolume restaurant preferred.
- Must have knowledge of beverages glassware and garnishes
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk distances.
- The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor you may be exposed to casinorelated environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise.
